Vtg 1940's WWII Korea US Army Rough Out Boots Civilian ? Ruff-Neck Soles 12 F C

Up for auction is a vintage 1940's or early 1950's Ruff - Neck, likely civilian or private purchase, rough out leather boots with Ruff-Neck Armortred Cord Construction soles.  Boots are marked size 12 F (seem more like a 12 C to me), 756844 on inside of one boot and 67613 on inside of other boot with 1916 stamped on each.  These boots have seen very light wear and are in excellent condition with minor storage stains.
Measurements:
1) Outer Sole - 13"
2) Widest Point of Sole - 4-1/4"
3)) Height - 6-5/8"
